About the Artist
My name is Monica Grace
I was born in Fort Worth, where my love for art first took shape on the walls of my childhood bedroom. My journey began early, winning my first art contest at just 9 years old in a statewide competition. A self-taught artist, I honed my skills through passion and practice, supplementing my learning with a single high school art class and masterclasses through the Fort Worth Garden Club. Each brushstroke and color choice reflects a story from my early beginnings to the present, and I’m excited to continue creating and evolving as a botanical artist.
